Description: Abaqus 6.9 licensing uses FLEXnet Licensing Version 10.8.7 for the license server. License servers from previous releases of Abaqus must be upgraded to the current version. An existing license server that was previously installed and configured using the Abaqus licensing installation procedure is upgraded automatically during the installation of Abaqus 6.9.

FLEXnet Licensing Version 10.8.7 fixes several bugs that existed in previous license servers, and server reliability is improved. FLEXnet Licensing Version 10.8.7 is also qualified and supported on Windows Vista platforms.
