14.3 Field output variable selection

Product: Abaqus/CAE

Benefits: You can now make basic field output variable selections without opening the Field Output dialog box.

Description: The new Field Output toolbar enables you to easily change the field output displayed in the current viewport and to access the Field Output dialog box if needed. The following selections are available:

Choose the type of field output variables to manipulate (Primary, Deformed, or Symbol).
Choose the variable name from a list of the available field output variables.
Choose the refinement level, such as invariants and components for the selected primary variable, if available.
Click to open the Field Output dialog box.

The Field Output toolbar is shown in Figure 14–2.

Like all toolbars in Abaqus/CAE, you can move the Field Output toolbar and dock it in several locations around the main window.
