You can create new viewports at any time; there is no limit to the number of viewports or their position on the canvas.
To create a new viewport:
From the main menu bar, select Viewport
Create.
Abaqus/CAE creates a new viewport in the drawing area. This viewport becomes the current viewport.
The new viewport size and position depend on the size of the current viewport and the drawing area. If the current viewport is maximized, Abaqus/CAE automatically maximizes the new viewport.
Tip:
You can also create a new viewport by clicking 
in the Viewport toolbar.
